At Endless Shades of Jasmine, every appointment is a curated beauty experience designed with intention, artistry, and care. In collaboration with Rhythm & Beauty, we are proud to offer elevated services that reflect both artistry and luxury. Brand Partnership Rhythm & Beauty is a proud partner of Endless Shades of Jasmine. While bookings may be promoted or facilitated through Rhythm & Beauty, all services, communication, and payments are completed directly with Endless Shades of Jasmine. Appointment Confirmation All bookings are considered requests until confirmed. Once your inquiry is received, you will be personally contacted to finalize and confirm your appointment details. Third-Party Booking Experience Select appointments may be secured through a trusted third-party platform. Regardless of where your booking is initiated, all services are fulfilled and confirmed directly through Endless Shades of Jasmine to maintain our standard of excellence. Investment & Payment Policy All payments, including deposits and full service payments, are non-refundable. Your investment secures your appointment time and the preparation required to deliver your custom beauty experience. Cancellations & Late Changes We kindly request that any cancellations or changes be made with adequate notice. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of payment. This policy protects the integrity of our schedule and respects the time reserved exclusively for you. Rescheduling We understand that life happens. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible, based on availability and at the discretion of Endless Shades of Jasmine. Timeliness To preserve the quality of your service, we ask that you arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or, if necessary, cancellation of your appointment. Client Experience Commitment Please ensure all contact information provided during booking is accurate. This allows us to deliver timely confirmations, updates, and a seamless client experience from start to finish. Agreement By submitting your booking and/or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
